Kawami Jewelry Shines at the First Annual Runway to PAVE Fashion Show
A Night of Fashion, Purpose, and Community
On February 8th, Kawami Jewelry proudly partnered with PAVE (Promoting Awareness | Victim Empowerment) as a host committee member and designer for the First Annual Runway to PAVE Fashion Show. This meaningful event was created to raise awareness of sexual assault prevention and to support victims of violence.
Hosted at the Maserati dealership in Naperville, the evening brought together fashion, philanthropy, and community impact. Kawami was honored to showcase its designs on an exclusive runway alongside other talented creators, while also offering a pop-up shop experience for guests to explore our collection of handmade Colombian earrings in person.
Giving Back Through Design
As part of the evening’s auction, Kawami donated two pairs of earrings, each presented in a limited-edition hand-painted box by the talented North Central College art student Jasmine Pomierski. These one-of-a-kind pieces reflected Kawami’s commitment to combining artistry with purpose, creating not just accessories, but works of meaning and cultural heritage.
